NASA plans a three-jet flyover at MetLife Stadium for the New York Jets–Cleveland Browns game on Sunday, October 11. Administrator Jared Isaacman will pilot one of the F-5 fighter jets, the agency announced October 10.
Before the game in East Rutherford, New Jersey, NASA staff will meet fans at an Experience Zone in the Jets Tailgate Zone outside the stadium. The activities are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. EDT.
Visitors can learn about NASA’s planned return to the Moon under an Artemis dome, try interactive games and take photos with a large inflatable Space Launch System rocket.
The flyover is part of NASA’s Inspiration Tour, which is scheduled to conclude November 7–8 with MAX POWER, a public air and space exposition on and near Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
